Wedding Rehearsal & Ceremony

• Quing your wedding party and groom for their entrance to the ceremony
• Preparing you for your big entrance, fixing your dress and making sure you look absolutely flawless
• Ensuring that you and your wedding party are ready and relaxed for photographs
• Assuring your guests are comphortable while you are gone to take pictures

• Making sure table settings and accessories are in place when your guests arrive

The Full Wedding Planning Package
The Full Wedding Package includes everything in The Wedding Day Coordination Package. Please refer to these packages for details.

• Discussing your wedding, budget, vendors, itinerary, Ect.

•Discusing invitations, programs, Deciding what traditions you want to pick,
• Researching vendors and venues most suitable to your wedding
• Arranging appointments to meet with a short list of vendors and accompany you to the meetings, if requested
• Confirming with all of your contracted vendors a minimum of 2 weeks before your wedding day

• Assisting you in preparing a budget for all your wedding expenses
• Administering your budget, advising you on budget items and amounts

• Tracking RSVPs, dietary restrictions and the number of guests attending
• Assisting you with the seating charts

• Assisting you in coordinating your wedding rehearsal
